Interpersonal Communication and Conflict Management
Organisational communication is a powerful tool for either construction or destruction. In this course, learners discover biblical principles of interpersonal communication and conflict management in human relationships. The course gives attention to communication models, self-concept, nonverbal messages, stress, and strategies that assist Christian leaders in developing interpersonal communication skills. In addition, the course focuses on the nature of conflict, how to identify common styles of conflict management, and how to manage conflict acceptably and productively.

Making Biblical Decisions
This course provides a biblical orientation to Christian ethics. Many believers today have lost their moral footing. Moreover, believers who want to live ethically are frequently confused by the complexities of ethical decisions. Even so, with proper study of the Bible’s system of ethics, Christians can learn how to evaluate problems in ways that lead to biblical solutions.

DISCover Yourself and Others
This 8-session Bible-based video series, DISCover Yourself and Others, will open a world of opportunity, by revealing how you can build stronger, healthier relationships. Using a highly-effective personality discovery tool, Martin Deacon will help you learn about your own unique strengths and weaknesses that you bring to every relationship and task. You’ll improve relationships and recognize how God has given you the freedom to be exactly who you are made to be. In an entertaining and enjoyable way, you will gain an understanding of those you regularly interact with, recognize why they behave the way they do and discover what is motivating them. You will gain practical skills to build stronger, healthier relationships by understanding how you are wired and how each unique personality fits into God’s Plan.
